The hotel offers spacious rooms that felt clean and smelled fresh but lacked proper cleanliness, making the overall stay somewhat disappointing. The service was cooperative and made an effort to address concerns. The location was convenient for those with their own vehicle but had some dust due to nearby construction work. The dining experience had good options, although paid separately. The hotel's facilities were decent.

My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms offered a wonderful view, especially my pool view room, and they were truly precious. The place itself is awesome, and the rooms were quite big with spacious bathrooms, making them larger than typical hotel rooms. The service was exceptional, going as far as offering me an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi and including the third person stay charge for free. The staff were courteous, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The location, though a bit far from the city, was perfect for exploring areas like Dalanwala, EC Road, and Haridwar Road. The dining experience was substantial, although more variety, particularly for those preferring Jain food, would have been appreciated. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay convenient and enjoyable.

The hotel manager, although courteous and friendly, was not very present throughout my stay. The location on the outskirts of Dehradun offered proximity to areas like Dalanwala and Haridwar road, but the distance from the city center was a drawback. The dining experience had a good variety, but there was a lack of options for guests preferring Jain food.
